At Mushcanyon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at support@mushcanyon.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We’ll review your request and provide instructions for return if eligible.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
