Thank you for shopping with MushCanyon! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship our products to you.

1. Order Processing Time


Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2–4 business days.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Note: Processing time may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or promotional sales.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates


MushCanyon ships within the United States.
• Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days (after processing)
• Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1–2 business days

Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

We work with fulfillment partner USPS , who ensures products are safely packed and delivered from U.S. warehouses.

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate Totally FREE all over the USA
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If you realize there’s an error, contact us ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.

6. Delays or Lost Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to:
• Weather
• Postal service disruptions
• High-demand periods

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
• Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office
• Contact us and we’ll assist with filing a claim if necessary

7. International Shipping (Future Expansion)

We currently only ship within the United States.
